Before you buy: two short guides
A rug that is a little too small makes a room feel smaller. An office floor that cannot be lifted in pieces gets expensive the first time a tile is stained.
Two things worth knowing before you order. At the free visit we measure and talk through both.
How big should your rug be?

In a living room, the rug should be wide enough for at least the front legs of every sofa and chair to stand on it. That usually leaves 30 to 45 cm of bare floor between the rug and the walls.
Under a dining table, let the rug run about 60 cm past the table on every side, so the chairs stay on it when they are pulled out.
In a bedroom, a rug under the lower two-thirds of the bed should reach 50 to 60 cm past each side. In a hallway, leave 10 to 15 cm of floor either side of a runner.
Measure, put the numbers into the rug sizer above, and we make the rug to that size.

Carpet tiles come up one square at a time. A stained or worn tile is swapped without touching the rest, and floor boxes and cabling under a raised floor stay reachable.
Fitted, wall-to-wall carpet gives one continuous surface with no tile joints, which suits meeting rooms and quiet areas.
Many offices use both: tiles where people walk and work, fitted carpet where it should feel calm. At the free visit we measure the floor and bring samples of each.
Do you charge for the home visit?
No. The visit and the measuring are free, and we bring samples of every range so you can see and feel them in your own room.
Which areas do you cover?
We fit carpet and carpet tiles anywhere in Dubai. Rugs are delivered to all seven emirates of the UAE.
Can you make a rug in a custom size?
Yes. Rugs are made to the width and length you need, rectangular, round or as a runner. Put your size into the rug sizer on this page and send it to us on WhatsApp.
How do I order a rug?
Choose the size and shape, then send it to us on WhatsApp from this page. You confirm the order and pay on WhatsApp, in cash or by payment link, and we deliver it.
Who fits the carpet?
Our own fitters. Every carpet fitting (carpet fixing, as many in Dubai call it) and every carpet tile is done by the Karpets team; the work is never subcontracted.
Can you take up my old carpet?
Yes. We lift and remove the old carpet, and we supply new underlay with the new carpet.
Do you fit carpet tiles in offices?
Yes. We supply and lay carpet tiles and fitted carpet in offices and commercial spaces across Dubai, after a free visit to measure.
How much does carpet cost per square metre?
Fitted carpet and carpet tiles are priced per square metre, and rugs per piece. The figure depends on the carpet, its pile and the room, so ask us on WhatsApp, or get the exact price for your rooms at the free measuring visit in Dubai.
Do you clean or repair carpets?
No. We supply and fit carpet, carpet tiles and rugs, and remove old carpet. We don't offer cleaning or repair.
